Resumen
The objective of this curricular integration work was to develop a Web System by automating the collection process of the volumetric rate of the irrigation system Ambato - Huachi - Pelileo in the Salasaka area, for the efficiency of the collection process of the service of irrigation water. For its development, we used the agile SCRUM methodology, thus maintaining effective development with effective communication with the users. In the planning phase, there were meetings with the people involved to define the current irrigation water collection process and the system requirements were determined in 41 stories, obtaining 2 technical stories and 39 user stories. In the development phase of the web system, we used the Java language, besides the JavaScript programming language, JSON, the Bootstrap Framework to deploy the Payara and PostgreSQL application server as the database manager. Furthermore, the Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern was used, and the development tasks were divided into 5 Sprints. Finally, the system was evaluated by the ISO / IEC 25010 standards. Thus, the use of resources was evaluated through the Task Manager in 3 browsers, which indicated that Google Chrome de and Microsoft Edge are the browsers that consume the least resources. The behavior over time through the descriptive and inferential analysis of the manual and automated process indicated a significant difference; and, regarding the capacity with the Apache JMeter application, it was obtained that to execute 1000 requests it takes a time of 41.3 / s. Thus, it is important to state that the system is a tool that contributes to optimizing the collection process for the irrigation system in an efficient manner, providing benefits for both the organization and the clients.
