dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this degree work was to propose the design of a performance evaluation model focused on improving the performance and potential of the collaborators of Compañía de Servicios Petroleros Llori Llerena Cuatroele S.A of Orellana province, generating a tool that allows collecting timely and objective information from staff. In the research, the mixed approach methodology was used, exploratory and descriptive research level, a non-experimental and cross-sectional research design, and as a technique, surveys were applied to the company's personnel and an interview with the general manager, which was analyzed that the company does not have a formal performance evaluation system due to ignorance of other tools, as a result of the investigation, the development of a performance evaluation model based on the 360° performance evaluation method, a tool that evaluates four perspectives from the immediate boss, area colleague, internal or external customer and a self-assessment, which allows the collaborator to receive feedback on the competency factors evaluated, identifying areas of strength and weakness at the different hierarchical levels and at the same time provide the opportunity for career development and growth of the collaborator through development plans. Each of the stages that comprise the evaluation model were detailed based on the requirements and needs of the organization. Therefore, the application of this method of performance evaluation is recommended since it will contribute to the administration and productive management of human talent, allowing the company to have a systematic and objective tool that demonstrates the real performance of employees and encourages commitment and continuous improvement of the collaborator towards the organization
