"Relaciones Públicas y su impacto en la imagen del GAD de Guayaquil."

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se planteó como objetivo determinar el impacto que las relaciones públicas pueden influenciar en la imagen del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado municipal de Guayaquil, con el aporte de las bases teóricas ayudará para demostrar la importancia de la imagen en una instutución municipal y de esta manera se podrá cumplir con los objetivos propuestos para restablecerla y convertirla en algo positivo para los ciudadanos ya que ayudará a la identificación y posicionamiento de la institución; el trabajo se justifica en torno a que el municipio debe estar orientado al ciudadano, ser receptive y abierto a su público. Las encuestas evidenciaron que existen falencias en cuanto a las estrategias y mecanismos que se han desarrollado por parte de la institución hacia su público, por lo tanto, una vez realizado el studio, se puede determinar que se necesitan elaborar nuevas líneas de comunicación para el mejoramiento de la imagen del municipio de Guayaquil.

In the present research work, the objective was to determine the impact that public relations can influence on the image of the municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Guayaquil, with the contribution of the theoretical bases it will help to demonstrate the importance of the image in a municipal institution and in this way it will be possible to meet the proposed objectives to restore it an turn it into something positive for the citizens since it will help the identification and positioning of the institution; the work is justified around the fact that the municipality must be oriented towards the citizen, be receptive and open to its public. The surveys showed that there are shortcomings in terms of the strategies and mechanisms that have been developed by the institution towards its public, therefore, once the study has been carried out, it can be determined that new lines of communication need to be developed for improvement of the image of the municipality of Guayaquil.
