Análisis del crecimiento socioeconómico post pandemia de la parroquia Yaguachi Viejo- Cone periodo 2020-2022

Abstract

El objetivo es analizar el crecimiento económico post pandemia en la parroquia Cone, Yaguachi durante el periodo 2020-2022, para ello, se pretende estudiar el comportamiento del esquema presupuestario del GAD parroquial; evaluar el impacto del confinamiento provocado por la emergencia sanitaria del covid-19 en los sectores productivos más influyentes de la economía local; e identificar los posibles escenarios endógenos y exógenos que limitan el crecimiento económico a través de la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas como herramientas para la recolección de datos; en este sentido, la metodología que se utilizó tiene un enfoque mixto, con carácter descriptivo que permitió señalar la estructura dinámica de las variables que estimulan el crecimiento socioeconómico bajo un diseño no experimental y un método explicativo, el cual permitió determinar la causa–efecto que tuvo el covid-19 en el desenvolvimiento socioeconómico de la localidad. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que el crecimiento económico de la parroquia se ha limitado a causa de las externalidades negativas y la reducción en el presupuesto del GAD parroquial de Cone, durante el periodo 2020-2022.

The objective is to analyze the post-pandemic economic growth in the Cone parish, Yaguachi during the period 2020-2022, for this, it is intended to study the behavior of the budget scheme of the parish GAD; assess the impact of the confinement caused by the covid-19 health emergency on the most influential productive sectors of the local economy; and identify the endogenous and exogenous factors that limit economic reactivation and growth in it through the application of surveys and interviews as tools for data collection; In this sense, the methodology that was used has a mixed approach, with a descriptive nature that allowed us to point out the dynamic structure of the variables that stimulate socioeconomic growth under a non-experimental design and an explanatory method, which allowed us to determine the cause-effect that covid-19 had on the socioeconomic development of the town. The results obtained revealed that the economic growth of the parish has been limited due to negative externalities and the reduction in the budget of the Cone parish GAD, during the period 2020-2022
