Análisis del empleo en el sector manufacturero en la ciudad de Guayaquil periodo 2015-2021

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el empleo en el sector manufacturero de la ciudad de Guayaquil entre el 2015 y 2021, describiendo los cambios generados en el empleo del sector económico analizado en esta investigación la metodología usada en esta investigación es el método cuantitativo con un alcance descriptivo, los resultados muestran que el empleo general del sector manufacturero de la ciudad de Guayaquil ha aumentado entre cada año analizado en esta investigación, así como también ha aumentado en el empleo adecuado y subempleo de este sector económico. Con los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación se comprueba o se acepta la hipótesis planteada en esta investigación la cual es que la mayoría del empleo en el sector manufacturero de la ciudad de Guayaquil entre el 2015 y 2021 es concentrada por los hombres.

The objective of this research is to analyze employment in the manufacturing sector of the city of Guayaquil between 2015 and 2021, describing the changes generated in employment in the economic sector analyzed in this research. The methodology used in this research is the quantitative method with a descriptive scope, the results show that the general employment of the manufacturing sector of the city of Guayaquil has warned between each year analyzed in this research, as well as has warned of adequate employment and underemployment of this economic sector. With the results obtained in this investigation, the hypothesis raised in this investigation is verified or accepted, which is that the majority of employment in the manufacturing sector of the city of Guayaquil between 2015 and 2021 is concentrated by men.
