For this study we will analyze the specific case of the United States, where immigrants already
have residency or citizenship, if the number of years they have lived in the country or other reasons
do not transfer this to their future factors due to ignorance or other reasons. reason. The content of
this question will be developed in greater depth in the first chapter of the work on this subject,
where we analyze the problems that will arise, what is the object of study and the importance of
carrying out this work. The lack of teachers in the application of article 106, paragraphs 2 and 4 of
the Code for Children and Adolescents has caused the judiciary to become the "mouth of the law";

provision directly confers a right of possession on the mother and does not guarantee equal rights;
the affective state constitutes the most inappropriate decision that will cause them serious and
irreversible damage; Finally, reforms to the Law for Children and Adolescents will be proposed
