de Clima Organizacional y Satisfacción Laboral con un total de 65 preguntas;
This research studies the organizational climate and job satisfaction of

of the applied survey of organizational climate and job satisfaction to the
operational area of the organization, seeking to establish the relationship
between these two variables, with the main objective of contributing to their
quality of life. The central axis in this research was Rensis Likert's Organizational
Climate Theory, taking into account the climate dimensions proposed by the

The research approach was mixed, the instrument applied was the
Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction survey with a total of 65 questions;
In addition, we use tools such as structured interviews and focus groups, with the
purpose of knowing the perception of the collaborators on the aforementioned
variables.
Among the most relevant results of this study, it is mentioned that the employees
have a very high esteem for the Training Plan that the company has, however,
they consider that the training they receive is very basic, so they would like to
have more technical training and related to its management. They consider that
the company is innovative, works in an organized manner, with excellent internal
and external communication channels, that they have wellness plans that cover
most of their needs, and that they also feel that they work in a safe environment.
However, they consider that it is necessary to place emphasis on developing
leadership in their immediate bosses. They perceive that there is no relationship
of trust with their leaders or effective feedback on the work they do.
