| dc.description | Este trabajo de titulación está basado en un análisis completo del origen del sector empresarial,
de la revolución industrial que, con su desarrollo, abusó del ser humano en beneficio del capital
y de los empresarios, el avance en las conquistas sociales de los trabajadores. Analiza los planes
de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Pacto Global, la agenda 2030, con el aporte de Gobiernos,
sociedad civil y empresas, los 17 Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible, ODS, los 10 principios del
Pacto Mundial de las Naciones Unidas para las empresas. Analiza el inicio de las Empresas “B”,
su filosofía, ventajas y aportes a la sociedad y medio ambiente, el desarrollo de las Sociedades
de Beneficio e Interés Colectivo, filosofía de responsabilidad social y medio ambiente, su
legislación comparada, el avance en los diferentes países. La situación de las sociedades BIC en
los países latinoamericanos, la legislación en el Ecuador, un análisis de las nuevas leyes sobre
esta materia, la manera de constituirse o incorporar a las empresas para ser sociedades BIC,
incentivos, administración, reportes, mis conclusiones y recomendaciones para incentivar y
asesorar a los empresarios. | |
| dc.description | This degree work is based on a complete analysis of the origin of the business sector, of the
industrial revolution that, with its development, abused the human being for the benefit of capital
and businessmen, the progress in the social conquests of workers. It analyzes the United Nations
plans on the Global Compact, the 2030 agenda, with the contribution of Governments, civil society
and companies, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs, the 10 principles of the United
Nations Global Compact for companies. It analyzes the beginning of the "B" Companies, their
philosophy, advantages and contributions to society and the environment, the development of
Benefit Societies and Collective Interest, philosophy of social responsibility and the environment,
their comparative legislation, progress in different countries. The situation of BIC companies in
Latin American countries, the legislation in Ecuador, an analysis of the new laws on this matter,
the way to establish or incorporate companies to be BIC companies, incentives, administration,
reports, my conclusions and recommendations to encourage and advise entrepreneurs. | |
