Resumen
La responsabilidad civil en la legislación ecuatoriana, sobre los delitos derivados de
accidentes de tránsito y con resultado de víctima mortal, especialmente en lo que se
refiere a la reparación integral y cómo se aplican sus parámetros en el Ecuador. En la
fijación de las indemnizaciones a los familiares de las víctimas de accidentes de
tránsito, cuando especialmente la cantidad que el infractor o sus familiares no pueden
pagar es necesario evaluar la insuficiencia del método de indemnización integral,
considerando que dicha indemnización integral debe pasar sanciones penales. El
mecanismo legal estipulado en la etapa de implementación no sólo debe atención al
carácter represivo de la pena, pero también al aspecto económico de la reparación del
daño causado a la víctima y sus partes.
Los familiares directos, que son los que sufren la pérdida. Está presente investigación
es importante, necesaria ya que consiste en la indemnización de manera integral que
se le debe garantizar a las personas afectadas en los delitos de tránsito, la cual, en
nuestra legislación ecuatoriana, especialmente en el Código Penal de las
Organizaciones Consolidadas, es sólo como es típico en las cláusulas, esto es
insuficiente para asegurar la correcta aplicación de la reparación integral a satisfacción
de las víctimas dejadas por los delitos de tránsito negligentes. Civil liability in Ecuadorian legislation, on crimes derived from traffic accidentsand

reparation to the satisfaction of the victims left behind by negligent traffic crimes.
