Metodología: Diseño no experimental,
futbolistas, instrumentos: Y Balance Test, Squat Jump, Counter Movement
Jump, Test postural, Test sit and Reach e Historia clínica.
En Sit and Reach
dc.description | The Intrinsic risk factors are related to the characteristics of the soccer
player and their alteration increases the risk of injuries. Objective: Determine
the intrinsic factors that influence the risk of injury in the 9 de Octubre women's
soccer team. Methodology: Non experimental design, quantitative approach,
descriptive scope, cross section and a sample of 44 soccer players. the
instruments used: Y Balance Test, Squat Jump, Counter Movement Jump, Test
postural, Test Sit and Reach and medical recods. Results: The normal body
mass index was 91%, 5% were underweight, 5% overweight. The most frequent
sports injuries were: muscle tear 39%, sprain 30%, contracture 16% and 16%
have not suffered an injury. In Sit and Reach 50% have good flexibility, 27%
excellent flexibility and 23% average flexibility. The elasticity index in the CMJ
test was 52.39; and the average of the SJ test was 39.90 concluding that 55%
have a good elasticity index, 45% need maximum strength work. In Y Balance,
84% have no balance deficit, 7% have a deficit in the right lower limb, 5% in the
left lower limb and 5% with deficits in both legs. In the Postural Test, 14% did
not present alterations, however, 12% had a prominent abdomen, dropped
shoulder, and raised shoulder. Conclusion: The deficit of dynamic balance,
decreased strength, previous injuries and postural alteration were risk of injury
that determines a risk factor in the 9 de Octubre women's soccer team.
