Análisis de los factores determinantes de canales e-commerce de las micro y pequeñas empresas de la ciudad de Machala.

Resumen
En la ciudad de Machala existe gran incertidumbre en el uso y aplicación de
herramientas digitales, de tal manera que la mayoría de los negocios han sido afectados por la
falta de conocimiento en procesos comerciales virtuales, así como también por las crisis
sanitaria y económica. La aplicación de Modelos de Negocios basados en E-commerce,
permitió conocer los principales componentes del Modelo de Aceptación Tecnológica (TAM):
Facilidad de Uso Percibida, Utilidad Percibida, Actitud hacia el E-commerce; Teoría de Acción
Razonada (TRA) y Teoría del Comportamiento Planificado (TPB): Intención de usar el Ecommerce, Control percibido, Innovativeness, Seguridad y Confianza Percibida.
Los Modelos mencionados con cada uno de sus componentes fueron determinantes para
la aplicación de una metodología con enfoque cuantitativa y de tipo descriptiva donde por
medio de la aplicación de un instrumento de medición como la encuesta, se aplicó a una
muestra de población finita a los usuarios de las micro y pequeñas empresas de Machala.
Los resultados indicaron que en promedio el 68% de los encuestados tienen buena
predisposición para usar las herramientas digitales para sus operaciones financieras y
comerciales, y el 72% en promedio indicaron que el e-commerce mejora los ingresos en las
operaciones de venta, el 74% en promedio, argumentaron que se adopta una cultura digital que
beneficia a todos, considerando los riesgos que esta puede ocasionar en caso de que no se
cumpla lo establecido en la actual Normativa vigente del comercio electrónico.
Finalmente, se plantearon propuestas de mejoras basadas en crear alianzas estratégicas
con instituciones públicas y privadas de tales formas que, por medio de ellas, brinden
capacitaciones a los emprendedores y administradores de negocios para adopta una cultura
tecnológica que mejore las operaciones comerciales a través del e-commerce. In the city of Machala there is great uncertainty in the use and application of digital
tools, in such a way that most businesses have been affected by the lack of knowledge in virtual
business processes, as well as by the health and economic crises. The application of Business
Models based on E-commerce, demonstrated knowing the main components of the
Technological Acceptance Model (TAM): Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Utility, Attitude
towards E-commerce; Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and Theory of Planned Behavior
(TPB): Intention to use E-commerce, Perceived Control, Innovativeness, Security and
Perceived Trust.
The Models said with each of its components were decisive for the application of a
methodology with a quantitative and descriptive approach where through the application of a
measurement instrument such as the survey, it was applied to a sample of finite population to
the users. of the micro and small companies of Machala.
The results indicated that on average 68% of those surveyed have a good predisposition
to use digital tools for their financial and commercial operations, and 72% on average indicated
that e-commerce improved income in sales operations, 74 % on average, argued that a digital
culture that benefits everyone is adopted, considering the risks that this may cause in the event
that the provisions of the current electronic commerce regulations are not complied with.
Finally, proposals for improvements based on creating strategic alliances with public
and private institutions were raised in ways that through them provide training to entrepreneurs
and business managers to adopt a technological culture that improves business operations
through e-commerce
