El tema “¿Quién sufre por amor?” fue compuesto en el año 2020 y el propósito de este trabajo es realizar un arreglo de este tema musical, basado en el análisis de los recursos hallados en el tema “Suave” compuesto por Kiko Cibrián y añadiendo nuestra creatividad y propia sonoridad como arreglistas. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo y su alcance es descriptivo. Para este trabajo se tomaron en cuenta varios instrumentos de investigación. Se recolectaron datos de tesis de grado, libros y diccionarios de música, y se realizó la transcripción y análisis del tema “Suave”. Al realizar el análisis se obtuvieron recursos armónicos, rítmicos y orquestales, los cuales dieron paso a la elaboración del arreglo de “¿Quién sufre por amor?” y lo cual permitió comprender el estilo compositivo y herramientas utilizadas de Kiko Cibrián. Se lograron seleccionar los diversos recursos utilizados por el arreglista, los cuales sirvieron como base para el desarrollo rítmico, armónico y orquestal del arreglo musical propuesto en este trabajo. Fueron aplicados de manera exitosa para realizar un arreglo en el género pop del tema inédito “¿Quién sufre por amor?” del autor Angelo Ortega, lo cual representó un gran reto musical debido a que el tema estaba principalmente compuesto por un círculo armónico de cuatro acordes. Al ser añadidos los recursos utilizados por Kiko Cibrián y encajados en los lugares idóneos según nuestra creatividad se logró producir un producto más complejo y académico.The song "¿Quién sufre por amor?" was composed in 2020 and the purpose of this work is to make an arrangement of this musical theme, based on the analysis of the resources found in the song "Suave" composed by Kiko Cibrián and adding our creativity and own sonority as arrangers. The research has a qualitative approach and its scope is descriptive. For this work several research instruments were taken into account. Data were collected from graduate theses, books and music dictionaries, and the transcription and analysis of the theme "Suave" was carried out. Harmonic, rhythmic and orchestral resources were obtained from the analysis, which gave way to the elaboration of the arrangement of "¿Quién sufre por amor?" and which allowed to understand the compositional style and tools used by Kiko Cibrián. We were able to select the different resources used by the arranger, which served as a basis for the rhythmic, harmonic and orchestral development of the musical arrangement proposed in this work. They were successfully applied to make an arrangement in the pop genre of the unpublished song "¿Quién sufre por amor?" by Angelo Ortega, which represented a great musical challenge because the song was mainly composed of a harmonic circle of four chords. By adding the resources used by Kiko Cibrián and fitting them in the right places according to our creativity, we were able to produce a more complex and academic product.
