Resumen
Afrontamiento un proceso en marcha ante cambios no deseados. Tolerancia capacidad de resistencia. Valoración del patrón afrontamiento-tolerancia al estrés en mujeres post cesárea con hipogalactia. Objetivo: Valorar el patrón afrontamiento-tolerancia al estrés. Diseño: Población: 47 mujeres. Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, prospectivo, transversal. Técnica: encuesta. Instrumento: cuestionario de preguntas. Resultados: 30-35 años 36%; 32% 21-29 años, 19% 15-20 años. Bachiller 28%, superior 26%, secundaria 26%, ninguna 13% y 9% primaria. Área urbana 51%, área urbana-marginal 34%, 15% área rural. Solteras 43%, casadas 38%, unión de hecho 15%, separada 2%. Empleada 35%, 26% ama de casa, estudiantes 11%, negocio propio 9%. Factores: Personales: incapacidad de amamantar 37%, cansancio 14%, lugar/entorno 12%, estancia con otras madres e hijos 10%, actividad laboral 11%. Relacionados con el recién nacido: llanto 55%, técnica amamantamiento 14%, higiene del bebe 17%. Sueño y descanso:1-2 hr 28%, 3-4 hr. 11%, no concilian sueño 62%. Manifestaciones: baja o ausencia de leche 38%, dolor 24%, somnolencia 22%, ansiedad y temor 10%. Estrategias de afrontamiento: Métodos de relajación: 79% técnicas de relajación, 21% medicamentos. Conducta con el profesional de salud: 83% comunicativa, aceptación 17%. Capacidad de cambio: Vínculo/recién nacido: apego 74%, aceptación 26%. Afrontamiento: ayuda y consejo 15%, resuelve conflictos 12%, evita irritarse 11%, recuerda vivencias positivas 15%. Soporte individual y familiar: Comunicación con la pareja: siempre 53%, algunas veces 36%, nunca 11%. Comunicación con la familia: 36% siempre, algunas veces 30%, nunca: 34%. Conclusión: patrón funcional medianamente alterado en respuestas emocionales y afectivas. Coping with an ongoing process in the face of unwanted changes. Tolerance of resistance capacity. Related to the newborn: crying 55%, breastfeeding technique 14%, baby hygiene 17%. Sleep and rest: 1-2 hr 28%, 3-4 hr. 11%, 62% do not fall asleep. Manifestations: low or absence of milk 38%, pain 24%, drowsiness 22%, anxiety and fear 10%. Coping strategies: Relaxation methods: 79% relaxation techniques, 21% medications. Conduct with the health professional: 83% communicative, acceptance 17%. Change capacity: Bond / newborn: attachment 74%, acceptance 26%. Coping: help and advice 15%, resolve conflicts 12%, avoid getting irritated 11%, recall positive experiences 15%, resolve conflicts 12%. Individual and family support: Communication with the partner: always 53%, sometimes 36%, never 11%. Communication with the family: 36% always, sometimes 30%, never: 34%. Conclusion: moderately altered functional pattern in emotional and affective responses.
