| dc.description | La violencia sexual digital es una triste realidad que viven muchas personas, las mismas que buscan ayuda en el estado ecuatoriano que no cuenta con la normativa necesaria para poder sancionar al agresor. De ahí se desprende la desprotección estatal hacía víctimas de un delito que, en papeles, no existe y que no ha sido tipificado en nuestra legislación. Es por eso que el estado debe crear las medidas y planes necesarios que puedan ofrecer apoyo jurídico a quienes pasan por un momento difícil a causa de la divulgación de imágenes eminentemente íntimas. Es así que nace la necesidad de una regulación legal específica que ofrezca las garantías constitucionales que el estado debe brindar en la protección de los derechos de los ciudadanos. | |
| dc.description | Digital sexual violence is a sad reality experienced by many people, the same ones who seek help in the Ecuadorian state that does not have the necessary regulations to be able to punish the aggressor. Hence, the lack of protection by the state made victims of a crime that, on paper, does not exist and that has not been typified in our legislation. That is why the state must create the necessary measures and plans that can offer legal support to those who are going through a difficult time due to the disclosure of eminently intimate images. Thus, the need arises for a specific legal regulation that offers the constitutional guarantees that the state must provide in the protection of citizens' rights. | |
