| dc.description | Esta investigación tiene como objetivo esclarecer el problema derivado del incremento del IVA, el cual es considerado un impuesto de fácil recaudación, representa un ingreso importante para el Estado y permite satisfacer las necesidades de los ciudadanos. A pesar de que este incremento impositivo ayuda al Estado a fortalecer sus arcas fiscales, perjudica a sectores que son parte importante del desarrollo económico del país, como el sector de la construcción. La finalidad de este trabajo investigativo es proponer alternativas para reactivar la construcción a través de la exoneración de este impuesto, siendo esta medida un beneficio tributario otorgado por el Estado, únicamente por iniciativa del Poder Ejecutivo y a través de una legislación sancionada por la Asamblea Nacional, rigiéndose bajo los principios protegidos por la Constitución y el Código Tributario. | |
| dc.description | This investigation aims to solve the problem that arises by the IVA increase, which is an easy tax to collect, represents an important income for the state and satisfies the needs of the citizens. Although this tax increase allows the state to fill its fiscal coffers, it also harms certain important sectors for the country’s economic development, such as the construction sector. The purpose of this research is to reactivate this sector trough the IVA exemption in construction materials as a tax benefit granted by the state, given only because of the initiative of the Executive Power and by law sanctioned by the National Assembly, governed by the principles protected by our Constitution and Tax Code. | |
