Análisis de la normativa creada para la economía popular y solidaria a partir de la Constitución 2008.

Resumen
La aprobación de la Constitución ecuatoriana en el 2008, marca un cambio importante en la concepción del estado y la sociedad, desde pasar de una definición de un estado social de derecho a un estado constitucional de derechos y justicia, así como pasar de un modelo económico social de mercado a un modelo en el cual el sistema económico es social y solidario; donde además se reconocen tres tipos de componentes del sistema económico, la economía pública, la privada y la popular y solidaria. En el desarrollo de esta investigación se trata de hacer un análisis de la normativa generada ara uno de estos sectores de la economía, el popular y solidario, partiendo de un marco teórico en el cual se reconoce la existencia del sector, su normativa e institucionalidad para hacer una revisión de los textos legales en la normativa principal y secundaria en la cual se trate el fomento, promoción regulación y control de los actores de la Economía popular y Solidaria, se
ha dado un énfasis importante también a las compras públicas a este sector como una forma de fomento por parte del estado
