Análisis de incentivo tributario, de la apertura del capital social a los trabajadores, y su impacto en la empresa privada de la ciudad de Guayaquil período 2013-2015.

Resumen
La tesis tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto de los incentivos tributarios en la
empresa privada de la ciudad de Guayaquil periodo 2013-2015, con mayor énfasis al de
apertura de capital social a los trabajadores. Se realizó para ello una encuesta a gerentes o propietarios de un total de 236 empresas mayoritariamente en el rango de 2 a 5 años de tiempo en el mercado. La mayoría de las Empresas analizadas (88.98 %) opinó que la política de Incentivos Tributarios debe mantenerse y la causa más identificada para que se sigan otorgando Incentivos Tributarios fue la generación de empleo (34.29 %), le sigue otra causa
más general que es fomentar el desarrollo del país (29.05 %) y luego la rentabilidad (21.43 %). Sólo 30 Empresas dijeron haber aplicado algún tipo de Incentivo Tributario, es decir 12.71 % del total encuestado y el más aplicado fue el relacionado con los beneficios para la apertura del capital social de las empresas a favor de sus trabajadores (10 Empresas). La mayoría 54.
6 % estuvo de acuerdo con la necesidad de capacitación continua sobre incentivos tributarios. Los resultados del diagnóstico en las preguntas referidas a la capacitación y aconsejan la necesidad de una capacitación continua en el Tema de los Incentivos Tributarios. Como recomendaciones se señalaron la necesidad de desarrollar investigaciones específicas para la
determinación de la influencia de las políticas tributarias de las ZEDES e implementar por parte de la Universidad Cursos de Capacitación Continua en relación con el alcance y posibilidades de los Incentivos Tributarios en la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa.
