Resumen
El siguiente trabajo de investigación trata sobre la “Elaboración y análisis del comportamiento a flexión y a compresión de paneles prefabricados de plástico reciclado reforzado con mallas de acero y mortero”.
En este trabajo se hace primero una aproximación a varios problemas
actuales de la sociedad como son la contaminación del medio ambiente y la
necesidad de vivienda social adecuada. Además se mencionan ciertas soluciones
propuestas y se profundiza en dos sistemas de construcción que se han desarrollado y utilizado para ayudar en la solución de dichos problemas: Walltech y M2. Luego, se plantea una solución alternativa que apunta a responder a los distintos problemas simultáneamente, en mayor o menor grado, tomando las ventajas que tienen los sistemas M2 y Walltech, y buscando obtener ciertas
mejoras, manteniendo todavía el aspecto artesanal del sistema propuesto. Esta solución consiste en paneles prefabricados similares a los de los
sistemas nombrados, con la diferencia de tener un núcleo de botellas plásticas
desechadas entre las mallas y capas de mortero. El objetivo de colocar las botellas
es el de ocupar el espacio interior para evitar el desperdicio de mortero y ofrecer
una superficie donde éste pueda apoyarse para recubrir completamente la malla de acero, al tiempo que se obtiene un ahorro en materiales, entre otros beneficios.
