Análisis de la Hipertensión Arterial en los familiares del los pacientes en tratamiento sustitutivo renal en el Instituto Ecuatoriano de Diálisis y Trasplantes

Resumen
El presente proyecto de titulación consiste en el análisis de Hipertensión en los
familiares de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica el mismo que servirá para disminuir el indice de hipertensión en personas con antecedentes patológicos
familiares ademas de identificar las diferentes causas que llevan a sufrir de esta
enfermedad. El objetivo principal es identificar casos de Hipertensión arterial en familiares de los pacientes que se encuentran en tratamiento sustitutivo renal en el Instituto de Diálisis y Trasplantes con el propósito de prevenir complicaciones futuras a través del autocuidado. La importancia de realizar encuesta y medición de presión arterial a cada uno de los entrevistados proporciona resultados relevantes que permitieron conocer el estilo de vida que llevan estas personas de diferentes raza, edad, sexo, talla así como de su peso corporal. La concientización sobre las consecuencias que conllevan a sufrir Hipertensión es primordial para que los familiares de estos pacientes tengan claro el conocimiento de la misma y sobre las medidas de prevención que se pueden tomar para mejorar su estilo de vida y así mismo reducir el riesgo de sufrir esta enfermedad y sus
complicaciones. A través de este proyecto se pretende promover el autocuidado dando charlas educativas y entregando una Guía de autocuidado Ia cual hace énfasis en la
prevención y el mejoramiento del estilo de vida.
