| dc.description | The research focuses in the Security and Occupational Health of workers in the General Chemistry Lab of the Agroindustrial area in the ESPAM-MFL, with the purpose of identifying and valuing the factors of (physical) risks, like noise, lighting and temperature, and offer a Security and Occupational Health Plan an idea that will make it possible to mitigate the risk. There should exist a suitable environment in which the workers sit down coolly and well-being. The research techniques were; observation, interview, survey, and the triple counterfoil criterion (an important tool in the research); in addition they allowed to analyze the current situation of the study area. The method of research was qualitative inductive. Obtaining favorable results across the interview and survey realized to the technical personnel and teachers who work in the Laboratory then value the factors of risk. The triple counterfoil criterion gave a moderate Risk rate. Finally, offer the plan to the authorities whose intention is to applied in the facilities of the General Chemistry Lab being great importance for the personnel that works there, same for the students realizing their academic practices. | |
| dc.description | El desarrollo de la investigación se enfoca en la incidencia de las actividades del laboratorio de química general del área Agroindustrial en la Seguridad y Salud ocupacional de los trabajadores ESPAM-MFL, con la finalidad de identificar y valorar los factores de riesgos (físicos), como son: ruido, iluminación y temperatura, la propuesta de un Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y sin duda alguna a través de esta idea se podrá mitigar los factores de riesgo antes mencionados es decir que exista un ambiente adecuado en el que los trabajadores se sientan con tranquilidad y bienestar. Las técnicas de investigación utilizadas fueron: observación, entrevista, encuesta, y la matriz triple criterio (una herramienta importante en la investigación) y además, permitieron analizar la situación actual del área de estudio. De la misma manera el método de investigación que se efectuó fue cualitativo inductivo. Obteniendo en última instancias resultados favorables a través de la entrevista y encuestas realizadas a los técnicos y docentes que laboran en el Laboratorio para luego valorar los factores de riesgo mencionados a través de la matriz triple criterio donde dio un Riesgo moderado. Finalmente, con la propuesta del Plan se invita a las autoridades que cuyo propósito pueda ser aplicado en las instalaciones del Laboratorio de Química General pues es de gran importancia para el personal que labora, al igual que los estudiantes al momento de realizar sus prácticas académicas. | |
