This research that is carried out and presented with the aim of obtaining the Master's Degree in Law, Procedural Law Mention, is titled: "THE FORCED EVICTIONS OF IRREGULARHUMAN SETTLEMENTS IN GUAYAQUIL", is a topic that arises from the uncertainty raised as a problem Scientist: ¿Are the forced evictions carried out by the Municipality of Guayaquil violating the humanrights of the evicted persons? What led through a methodology with a mixed approach, that is, qualitative- quantitative, to use research methods such as historical, logical, inductive, deductive, and use the survey as a research technique, which was applied to the population of lawyers who makes up the Guayas Bar Association, from which thesurveyed sample was obtained...........Esta investigación que es realizada y presentada con el ánimo de obtener el Título de Máster en Derecho, Mención Derecho Procesal, lleva por Título: “LOS DESALOJOS FORZADOS DE ASENTAMIENTOS HUMANOS IRREGULARES EN GUAYAQUIL”, es un tema que surge de la incertidumbre planteada como problema científico: ¿Los desalojos forzados llevados a cabo por el Municipio de Guayaquil, estarán violando derechos humanos de las personas desalojadas? Lo que conllevó mediante una metodología con enfoque mixto, es decir, cuali cuantitativo, a emplear métodos de investigación como el histórico, lógico, inductivo, deductivo, y usa como técnica de investigación la encuesta, la cual fue aplicada a la población de abogados que conforma el Colegio de Abogados del Guayas, de donde se obtuvo la muestra encuestada.........
