Abstract: Highlighting that the bond is what enables subjects to hold together in a viable and relatively stable way. In the human being, the social bond implies a certain use of language that allows solving a problem that is posed to each one from the beginning. This problem alludes to the question of how to house its singularity in the common. This work proposes to carry out a systematic review on the different considerations on the problem of psychosis in the social bond, to describe the proposals for approach in psychoanalysis and its methodological perspectives. The systematic review, according to the PRISMA Declaration, is carried out in February 2022 and thirteen scientific articles are selected from seven databases that refer to publications in Spanish between 2012-2022, where it is concluded about the similarities and differences in approaches to the theme from psychoanalysis on psychosis and its relationship to the bond. It is highlighted that these subjective positions in psychoses teach us different ways of being, of being, and of making a social bond, as well as an unprecedented capacity for the invention and creation of particular solutions, outside the norms.Resumen: Resaltando que el lazo social es lo que posibilita a los sujetos el sostenerse juntos de modo viable y relativamente estable. En el ser humano el lazo implica un determinado uso del lenguaje que permite resolver un problema que se plantea a cada uno desde el inicio. Este problema alude a la pregunta de cómo alojar su singularidad en lo común. Este trabajo propone realizar una revisión sistemática sobre las diferentes consideraciones sobre la problemática de la psicosis en el lazo social, para describir las propuestas de abordaje en el psicoanálisis y sus perspectivas metodológicas. La revisión sistemática, según la Declaración PRISMA, se lleva a cabo en febrero de 2022 y se seleccionan trece artículos científicos provenientes de siete bases de datos que refieren a publicaciones en castellano entre 2012-2022, en donde se concluye sobre las similitudes y diferencias en los abordajes de la temática desde el psicoanálisis sobre la psicosis y su relación al lazo social. Se destaca que estas posiciones subjetivas en las psicosis nos enseñan diferentes maneras de ser, de estar, y de hacer lazo, así como una capacidad inaudita para la invención y la creación de soluciones particulares, por fuera de las normas.
