This thesis refers to: IMPLEMENTATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE TO STRENGTHEN THE TEACHING - LEARNING IN THE COURSE OF LANGUAGE ARTS BLOCK 3 WITH THE THEME "NARRATIVE" CHILDREN IN THE SECOND YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION GENERAL SCHOOL "ROSA MARIA DE GUZMAN TORRES" CANTON SARAGURO, LOJA, PROVINCE PERIOD 2013-2014. He was raised as General Purpose for Implementing an Educational Software for strengthening the teaching - learning the discipline of Language Arts Block 3 for children / as Second Year Basic General Education. The methods used for the development of this research work were. Scientific, Inductive - deductive, analytical, providing information about the reality of the School "Rosa Maria de Guzman Torres", also research techniques was used as the interview to children / as and the teaching of the discipline to know that the new technological tools of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and the educational software is not used. Through the interview to children / as the following results were obtained in the question number one. With 88% of girls / as say the kinds of discipline Language and Literature are dynamic, with 100% of children / as say they do not know any Educational Software with 100% say that teachers do not use computer and 100% of children / as willing to use educational software. In an interview with the teaching of the discipline of Language and Literature states that uses data sheets, stamps, posters, leaves figures also states that it uses the computer to explain the kinds of discipline of Language and Literature. But I also like to use educational software to teach your children / as motivating learning with New Technologies of Information and Communication.La presente tesis hace referencia a la: IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SOFTWARE EDUCATIVO PARA FORTALECER EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA – APRENDIZAJE EN LA DISCIPLINA DE LENGUA Y LITERATURA BLOQUE 3 CON EL TEMA “LA NARRACIÓN”, EN LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DEL SEGUNDO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “ROSA MARIA GUZMÁN DE TORRES”, DEL CANTÓN SARAGURO, PROVINCIA DE LOJA, PERIODO 2013 – 2014. Se planteó como Objetivo General para Implementar un Software Educativo para fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje para la disciplina de Lengua y Literatura Bloque 3 para los niños/as de Segundo Año de Educación General Básica. Los métodos utilizados para el desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo fueron. Científico, Inductivo - Deductivo, Analítico, facilitando obtener información acerca de la realidad que vive la Escuela “Rosa María de Guzmán Torres”, así mismo se utilizó las técnicas de investigación como la entrevista dirigida a los niños/as y al docente de la disciplina para conocer porque no se utiliza las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas de la información y la comunicación (TIC´s) en la educación como el Software Educativo. Mediante la entrevista dirigida a los niños/as se obtuvo los siguientes resultados en la pregunta número uno. Con el 88% los niñas/as dicen que las clases de la disciplina de Lengua y Literatura son dinámicas, con el 100% los niños/as manifiestan que no conocen ningún tipo de Software Educativos, con el 100% afirman que el docente no utiliza la computadora y el 100% de niños/as estarían dispuestos a utilizar el Software Educativo. En la entrevista realizada a la docente de la disciplina de Lengua y Literatura manifiesta que utiliza fichas técnicas, sellos, carteles, hojas con figuras, manifiesta también que no utiliza la computadora para explicar las clases de la disciplina de Lengua y Literatura. Pero también le gustaría utilizar el Software Educativo para enseñarles a sus niños/as motivándoles el aprendizaje con las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación.
