The thesis titled: DYNAMIC GROUPS TO IMPROVE THE AULIC SOCIAL CLIMATE IN THE STUDENTS OF 6TH YEAR PARALLEL "A" AT MIGUEL RIOFRÍO SCHOOL, LOJA. 2017-2018., the general objective was to improve the aulic social climate in the students of 6th year parallel "A" at miguel riofrío school through group dynamics. The research is focused in qualitative-quantitative, based on a descriptive study, cross-sectional and with a pre-experimental design, the methods used were the scientific, deductive, analytical, and synthetic methods, highlighting the pre-experimental design with the application of the school social climate scale (CES), allowing the measurement of the social climate. The population was made through a non-probabilistic sample, identifying 30 students of 6th parallel year "A". The results obtained through the application of the scale, showed the aulic social climate at a medium level, after the execution of the activities of the proposal of group dynamics and with the application of the post test, it was determined that the classroom climate maintains a medium level, but it is emphasized that the high levels of each of the subscales reached significant percentages, optimizing personal relationships, organization and clarification of standards. It is concluded that the group dynamics are effective for the intervention in the educational field since they help to improve the coexistence within the classroom. The application of group dynamics is recommended throughout the school environment since they allow creating significant environments for students.La tesis titulada DINÁMICAS GRUPALES PARA MEJORAR EL CLIMA SOCIAL ÁULICO EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE 6TO AÑO PARALELO “A” DE LA ESCUELA DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA MIGUEL RIOFRÍO, LOJA. 2017-2018., tuvo como objetivo general mejorar el clima social áulico en los estudiantes de 6to año paralelo “A” de la Escuela “Miguel Riofrío” a través de dinámicas grupales. Se empleó un enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, basándose en un estudio, descriptivo, y con un diseño pre-experimental, los métodos utilizados fueron el científico, analítico, sintético, deductivo, resaltando el diseño preexperimental con la aplicación de la escala del clima social escolar (CES), La población se realizó a través de una muestra no probabilística, identificando a 30 estudiantes de 6to año paralelo “A”. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la aplicación de la escala, evidenció al clima social áulico en un nivel medio, posterior a la ejecución de las actividades de la propuesta de dinámicas grupales y con la aplicación del pos test, se determinó que el clima áulico mantiene un nivel medio, pero se destaca que los niveles altos de cada una de las subescalas alcanzaron porcentajes significativos, optimando las relaciones personales, la organización y la clarificación de las normas. Se concluye que las dinámicas grupales son eficaces para la intervención en el ámbito educativo ya que ayudan a mejorar la convivencia dentro de aula. Se recomienda la aplicación de las dinámicas grupales en todo el ámbito escolar ya que permiten crear ambientes significativos para los estudiantes.
