Resumen
The study investigated vaginal organisms and their relationship with inflammatory
conditions of the cervix in 276 people in the Subcenter of Puyo El Dorado. The
report of Papanicolaou was made in 2014. The study focus took the design of
Allopathic medicines, Holistic and Naturopathic and integration of three health
systems leading to comprehensive care leading to comprehensive care including
physical, mental and spiritual person as defined and the profile of the profession.
The study design was cross-sectional, descriptive and retrospective bibliographic.
Techniques used included observation and survey. The results were that 98.7% of
the women had at least one microorganism; Bacilli was 48% and Mixed Flora 37%
which are considered the most common and are considered benign. Also found
was Gardnerella 28%, Candida Albicans 13%. Additionally Trichomonas, Genital
Warts, and Herpes to a lesser extent was found. Cervices with moderate swelling
was 475 and severe inflammation 43%. Two cases showed mild inflammation.
Also recorded was 5.4% having despitalializados necks with another 10.5% having
bleeding when brushed. Bethesda positive were 8%. 44% had reactive cells and
20% had atypical cells. It is concluded that the level of cervical inflammation
depends on the amount of microorganisms. The more people, the more severe, in
combination with other pathogens its aggressiveness and potentates severe
inflammatory state rises. The severe inflammatory condition caused by
microorganisms associated with the most positive results Bethesda is suggestive
of HPV and a higher percentage of atypical cells. There is a high risk factor of
estado inflamatorio a severo.
