To understand the historical moment that the country is experiencing before a "citizen revolution" project, it is necessary to analyze how the political, legal, economic and sociocultural spheres are conceived in Ecuadorian society and how these aspects are reflected in the new constitution. For this reason, it is relevant to analyze each of the different structural elements that make up this new country proposal, under an ethical-political reading that allows us to understand the new challenges and the direction that Ecuador will take from this moment on.Para entender el momento histórico que vive el país antes un proyecto de “revolución ciudadana” es preciso analizar cómo se conciben los ámbitos político, jurídico, económico y sociocultural en la sociedad ecuatoriana y cómo estos aspectos son plasmados en la nueva constitución. Por ello, resulta relevante analizar cada uno de los diferentes elementos estructurales que configuran esta nueva propuesta de país, bajo una lectura ético política que permita entender los nuevos desafíos y la dirección que el Ecuador tomará a partir de este momento.
