        Resumen
The following titling project presents an internal proposal of different social areas which are found within the Cristo Rey geriatric center, in which different groups of users who reside within this center have been taken into account, since we can find in the place for people who suffer from certain disabilities, both physical and sensory, which each of them require certain specific measures and above all a design for universal use which is beneficial to solve the different problems within their facilities. The research project has the purpose of becoming a productive application in which the different types of disabilities presented by the users of the place are studied, in addition to collecting information on certain important aspects so that an older adult can feel comfortable inside from space. The geriatric center has been analyzed from a planimetric and photographic survey in order to determine the problems and needs of the different social spaces, for which solutions were made based on the analysis of references for both the aesthetic and functional parts. Using photorealistic 3D images, different spaces are shown which are adapted to the needs of the different users, as well as the constructive solutions for different aspects that have been raised in the proposal, as well as the estimated budget of the work, the which has been raised in order to benefit different users who reside within this geriatric center where we have a diversity of users.
