Abstract

The aspects that influence the non-compliance with urban norms of land use and occupation, are a constant concern for the Municipalities, in order to establish efficient processes that guarantee the reduction of this type of irregularities. That is why this paper seeks to make explicit the possible causes that lead the population to commit violations that in certain cases harm assets and persons
