dc.descriptionEl propósito principal de la investigación será describir y analizar el proceso políticodiscursivo que permitió al presidente Rafael Correa alcanzar el poder bajo la influencia ideológica que se desarrolló en la región de América Latina denominada como "nuevo progresismo latinoamericano". Para este fin, se pretende investigar y profundizar sobre las principales problemáticas políticas y económicas que dieron origen a este tipo de gobiernos en la región y, principalmente en el Ecuador, destacando el discurso y los elementos que han caracterizado a este modelo, centrando el estudio en el actual gobierno ecuatoriano con base en los antecedentes y coyuntura del país, así como también, el análisis histórico contemporáneo de la región.
dc.descriptionThe main purpose of the research will be to describe and analyze the political-discursive process that allowed President Rafael Correa to reach power under the ideological influence that has now developed in the region of Latin America called "new Latin American progressivism." To this end, we intend to investigate and deepen the main political and economic problems that motivated the origin of this type of government in the region and especially in Ecuador, highlighting the discourse and elements that have characterized this model and focusing the study in the current Ecuadorian government, in based on the background and situation of the country, as well as the contemporary historical analysis of the region.
