| dc.description | ABSTRACT
The present investigation shows that the higher the level of work noise in the area of
generation of the company Justice Company Tecnica Industrial S.A., the greater its incidence will bein the ear disorders of their workers.
The generation area presents decibels (DbA) in the initial control reports
(Industrial Noise Monitoring, Environmental Noise Monitoring, Isophone Map) high and
outside the parameters established by the regulations. which, added to the time
exposure (greater than 12 hours) of a group of workers in various activities within the
area in question, would cause imminent health problems to its workers, especially
to those who are in the maintenance area, whose periodicity in this type of work is
daily.The objective of the research is to analyze the incidence of occupational noise in workersof the Justice Company Tecnica Industrial S.A., through evaluations, calculations,
measurements that allow determining what affectations can have the human being and what
Improvements (source, medium, and receiver) must be made to eliminate these shortcomings in thegeneration area.The methodology for this research will be implemented through regulations
local and international regarding evaluations of the physical factor on noise, this will be
of vital importance since with this it will be possible to obtain a controlled risk factor and
will allow individual workers to increase their productivity and
improve your health. | |

La presente investigación se evidencia que a mayor nivel de ruido laboral en el área de
generación de la empresa Justice Company Tecnica Industrial S.A., mayor será su incidencia
en los trastornos del oído de sus trabajadores.
El área de generación presenta decibeles (DbA) en los reportes iniciales de control
(Monitoreos de Ruido Industrial, Monitoreos de Ruido Ambiental, Mapa Isófono) altos y
fuera de los parámetros establecidos por la normativa. Lo cual, sumado al tiempo de
exposición (mayor a 12 horas) de un grupo de trabajadores en varias actividades dentro del
área en mención, ocasionaría problemas inminentes de salud a sus trabajadores, en especial
a aquellos que están en el área de mantenimiento, cuya periodicidad en este tipo trabajo es
diaria.
El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la incidencia del ruido laboral en los trabajadores
de la Empresa Justice Company Tecnica Industrial S.A., a través de evaluaciones, cálculos,
mediciones que permitan determinar que afectaciones puede tener el ser humano y que
mejoras (fuente, medio y en el receptor) se deben tomar para eliminar estas falencias en el
área de generación.
La metodología para la presente investigación se implementará a través de normativas
locales e internacionales referente a evaluaciones del factor físico sobre el ruido, esto será
de vital importancia ya que con ello se podrá obtener un factor de riesgo controlado y
permitirá que los trabajadores de forma individual puedan incrementar su productividad y
mejorar su estado de salud. | |
