| dc.description | The Nursing report is a universal document containing the activities and care provided to the patient, allowing the professional to exchange information through verbal and written communication. In this bibliographic review, a search was carried out to analyze the importance of the nursing report as evidence of patient care. Seventy-three bibliographic sources were investigated, such as national and international scientific articles from indexed
pages such as Sage Journals, Elsevier, Cienc Cuid Saude, Scielo, Medline Plus, Interface, and Springerlink, published in the period 2018 - 2022. The nursing care process, the nursing report, and its characteristics are detailed to achieve the stated objectives. The history is described as Clinic and its relationship with the nursing report in the legal field. When analyzing the information found, it was concluded that the nursing report serves as evidence of all the activities carried out by the professional, both assistance and administrative, which support the nursing profession and teamwork. | |
| dc.description | El reporte de Enfermería es un documento universal que contiene las actividades y cuidados
brindados al paciente, permitiendo el intercambio de información mediante la comunicación
verbal y escrita por el profesional. En la presente revisión bibliográfica se realizó una
búsqueda con el objetivo de analizar la importancia del reporte de enfermería como
evidencia del cuidado al paciente, para lo cual se investigó en 73 fuentes bibliográficas como
artículos científicos nacionales e internacionales de páginas indexadas como: Sage Journals,
Elsiever, Cienc Cuid Saude, Scielo, Medline Plus, Interface y Springerlink, publicados en el
periodo 2018 – 2022. Para lograr los objetivos planteados se detalla el proceso de atención
de enfermería, el reporte de enfermería y sus características, finalmente se describe la
historia clínica y su relación con el informe de enfermería en el ámbito legal. Al analizar la
información encontrada se concluyó que el informe de enfermería sirve como evidencia de
todas las actividades realizadas por el profesional tanto asistenciales y administrativas, las
cuales sirven de apoyo no solo para el profesional de enfermería sino para un trabajo en
equipo. | |
