The Effectiveness of Sanguine Inverse Tipificación to Evaluate the Reaction Immediate Hemolítica in Transfusions of Component Hemáticos with Derivations of Subgrupos of the System ABO, using users' samples transfused in the Service of Gineco Obstetrics and Obstetric Center of H.P.G.D.R. it Allows to identify the presence or absence of Natural Antibodies of the System of Group ABO, causing of reactions immediate or late hemolytic. Each individual possesses some certain antigens, which are known by means of the execution of specific tests as the inverse tipificación, prove bigger crusade, among other, the same ones that helped to select the sanguine component that has acceptable survival in the organism of the receiver, on the whole these tests are denominated pre transfusionales.
