Resumen
In the smallest Program of production species, section guinea pigs of the Technological Institute Luis A. Martínez, was evaluated three palmiste levels (5, 10 and 15%) more a witness (without palmiste) in the feeding of male guinea pigs improved during the growth and put on weight. 32 guinea pigs of 21 days of age and a weight average of 0,316 Kg were used. that were distributed totally at random under a design of blocks, in puddles of 0,50 x 0,50 x 0,50 m with a density of 2 guinea pigs, 4 repetitions were used by treatment. The guinea pigs were fed twice a day 08H00 and 17H00, the control of weight of the guinea pigs was every 15 days. The study variables didn't evidence statistical differences (P> 0,05) among the stockings of the treatments, however, the biggest final pesos were observed numerically in the level 5 palmiste% (T2) with 1,261 Kg; the biggest earnings of weight in the guinea pigs fed with 5 palmiste% T2 (0,946 Kg,). The biggest food consumptions, in the witness's guinea pigs (T1) and the level 5 palmiste% (T2) with a stocking of 5,763 Kg; the best nutritious efficiency when using 5 palmiste% (T2) with 6,15; the biggest costs to produce a kilogram of gain of weight in 15 palmiste% T4 (1,57 dollars); the biggest pesos to the channel in 5 palmiste% (T2) with 0,839 Kg; the biggest yields to the channel in 10 palmiste% (T3) with 67,29%; they didn't register deaths in any study treatment. The biggest economic profitabilities in 5 palmiste% in the concentrate with 1,23 of B/C. In considecaión to the reached results, it is recommended to use palmiste until 15% of the diet concentrata to feed guinea pigs during the growth and put on weight.
Describers: Even, palmiste, diet, nutritional level, nutritious conversion, beneficio/costo.
