| dc.description | Uma bancada de testes que simula condições reais em rolamentos foi projetada para o desenvolvimento de técnicas de análise de vibrações. Estas técnicas visam a diagnosticagem de falhas em rolamentos a baixas velocidades através da técnica de indução de falhas. Antes de se induzir falhas no rolamento a ser testado é preciso monitorar a bancada de modo a se certificar que problemas provenientes de outros componentes da bancada não irão modificar o espectro de vibrações. Através da detecção e do diagnóstico de problemas provenientes do eixo e dos rolamentos que recebem a alta carga radial aplicada ao rolamento foi possível conhecer os pontos críticos da bancada e assim criar uma metodologia de monitoramento. Monitorando-se o deslocamento axial e as vibrações (radial e axialmente) do alojamento dos rolamentos de carga radial, e o deslocamento vertical do eixo da bancada é possível garantir que a mesma estará apta a realizar os testes aos quais foi concebida. | |
| dc.description | A test bench which simulate real conditions in roller bearings was designed to develop vibration analysis techniques. These techniques aim the low-speed roller bearings failure detection through the seeded-fail technique. Before seeding a failure in the test bearing, it is required to monitor the test bench in the way to certify that other test bench components’ problems will not modify the vibration spectrum. Through the detection and diagnosis of the problems of the shaft and bearings which support a high radial load it was possible to find out the test bench’s critical points and create a monitoring methodology. When monitoring the axial displacement and vibration of the radial load bearings’ housing and the vertical displacement of the shaft, it is possible to guarantee that the test bench is able to perform the tests for which it was created. | |
