The problem has focused on the Barro Lodge Hotel in the Pujilí canton, where it has been possible to demonstrate the multiple inconveniences that the hotel lacks due to the lack of technological tools, at present there is a loss of time in the search for information on clients, rooms, causing delays and slowness in the designation of reservations in many cases the client is annoyed by the service offered by the hotel.El problema se ha focalizado en el Hotel Barro Lodge del cantón Pujilí en donde se ha podido evidenciar los múltiples inconvenientes que carece el hotel por la falta de herramientas tecnológicas en la actualidad existe pérdida de tiempo en la búsqueda de información de clientes, habitaciones, ocasionando demoras y lentitud en la designación de reservas en muchos de los casos el cliente se molesta por el servicio que oferta el hotel.
