This report focuses on the theory and practice of education as the elements that most affect the learning process of children and young people have to do with what teachers believe, can and are willing to do. Treating this point lightly means restricting and in fact diverting the understanding of the problem and the responsible search for solutions. The objective is to analyze the professional profile of the Basic Education teacher and its impact on teaching, administrative management and their commitment to the development of methodological and technical actions that are aimed at awakening their creativity, student participation and the search for solutions by applying the knowledge acquired in problems real social context. For which instruments such as interviews, surveys, managers and teachers were applied to obtain data that reflect the strengths and weaknesses of each one and to be able to analyze and interpret the results for the formulation of this proposal, I must state that teaching is a work on the others, because it is an activity that develops in a set of intense and systematic interpersonal relationships, therefore, requires the mastery and use of scientific and technical knowledge. The present evidence that the teacher has the obligation to innovate in the educational field, improve processes and address concerns of the educational community, within the policies of evaluation and educational management, which will improve with the implementation of an application that optimizes teaching work in teaching management in evaluation and administration.El presente informe enfoca a la teoría y la práctica de la educación como los elementos que más incide en el proceso de aprendizaje de niños y jóvenes tiene que ver con lo que creen, pueden y están dispuestos a hacer los docentes. Tratar con ligereza este punto supone restringir y de hecho, desviar la comprensión del problema y la búsqueda responsable de soluciones. El objetivo es analizar el perfil profesional del docente de Educación Básica, su incidencia en gestión docente, administrativa y su compromiso al desarrollo de acciones metodologías y técnicas que se direccionen a despertar su creatividad, participación del estudiante en la búsqueda de soluciones, aplicando el saber adquirido en problemas reales del contexto social. Para lo cual se aplicó instrumentos como entrevistas, encuestas, a directivos y docentes para obtener datos que reflejen las fortalezas y debilidades de cada uno y poder analizar e interpretar los resultados para la formulación de esta propuesta, Debo manifestar que la docencia es un trabajo sobre los otros, pues es una actividad que se desarrolla en un conjunto de relaciones interpersonales intensas y sistemáticas, por lo tanto, requiere el dominio y uso de conocimiento científico y técnico. El presente evidencio que el docente tiene la obligación de innovar en el ámbito educativo, mejorar los procesos y atender inquietudes de la comunidad educativa, dentro de las políticas de evaluación y gestión educativa, que mejorara con la implementación de un aplicativo que optimice el trabajo docente en gestión docente en evaluación y administración.
