| dc.description | The present project consists of implementing a computer platform that will support the Multidisciplinary Electronic Journal DATEH (Desarrollo Empresarial, Agropecuario, Tecnológico y Humanista) for the national and international diffusion of scientific articles resulting from research, not only from the Technical University of Cotopaxi, but also from various educational and/or research centers in different parts of the world.
The initial part of the project guarantees the necessary infrastructure to support the electronic journal. Among the most important elements of this stage are the server and the study, installation and configuration of the operating systems and web services software available today.
The second stage of the project is the implementation of the computer platform that manages the journal's own information such as authors, articles, reviewers, among others. The corresponding software engineering tests are carried out to guarantee the quality of the system and it is made public within the institution's Intranet.
The final stage of the project consists of the incorporation of the characteristics and modules that conform the standard in its version 2.0 of the nonprofit academic information system LATINDEX. | |
| dc.description | El presente proyecto consiste en implementar una plataforma informática que dará soporte a la Revista Electrónica Multidisciplinaria DATEH (Desarrollo Empresarial, Agropecuario, Tecnológico y Humanista) para la difusión nacional e internacional de artículos científicos resultados de la investigación, no solo de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, sino, de diversos centros educativos y/o investigativos de distintas partes del mundo.
En la parte inicial del proyecto se garantiza la infraestructura necesaria para dar soporte a la revista electrónica. Entre los elementos más importantes de esta etapa se encuentran el servidor y el estudio, instalación y configuración de los sistemas operativos y software de servicios WEB disponibles en la actualidad.
Como segunda etapa del proyecto se implementa la plataforma informática que gestiona la información propia de la revista como son los autores, artículos, revisores entre otros. Se realizan las pruebas correspondientes de Ingeniería de software para garantizar la calidad del sistema y se hace público dentro de la Intranet de la institución.
La etapa final del proyecto consiste en la incorporación de las características y módulos que conforman la norma en su versión 2.0 del sistema de información académica sin fines de lucro LATINDEX. | |
