The Strategic Planning is a tool very importance for the United Educative “Ramón Barba Naranjo”, for the achievement of its objectives and institutional goals that go likewise according with its vision and mission that he/she has, achieving the invigoration of its management and educational organization, identifying the internal and external aspects that it benefits them and it affects them to be able to develop its management in the educational environment you could evidence through the analysis of FODA, it is so it was possible to structure the Tactical Operative Plan, which contains the qualification project to the educational ones that at the present time is important for the teaching-learning that you/they require the demands of the environment. You the importance that has the elaboration of a Strategic Planning for the institution that makes reference confirms therefore from how he/she has come being unwrapped from its creation until the present time, but also of how to be projected toward the future and power take the due decisions that are necessary in an opportune and certain moment according to the requirements that presents the institution. In the design of Strategic Plantation he/she was derived a pertinent methodology to the characteristics of the organization; conserving the general logic of the prospective product of a process of strategic definition that improves the social and collective commitment substantially of offering an academic formation of quality.La Planificación Estratégica es una herramienta muy importante para la Unidad Educativa “Ramón Barba Naranjo” de la ciudad de Latacunga que ha encaminado hacia el logro de sus objetivos y metas institucionales, logrando elaborar y determinar la planeación estratégica y la situación actual de la entidad, que va conforme con su visión y misión que tiene, así mismo logrando el fortalecimiento y desarrollo d su gestión y organización educativa, identificando los aspectos internos y externos que benefician y afectan la gestión de las instituciones, de esta manera poder garantizar una gestión idónea en los ámbitos educativo; se pudo evidenciar a través del análisis del FODA, es así que se logró estructurar el plan táctico, en el cual contiene el proyecto de capacitación docente que en la actualidad es importante para la enseñanza aprendizaje que requieren las demandas del entorno. En este orden de ideas, se genera la importancia que tiene la elaboración de una planificación estratégica para la institución, que hace referencia de cómo ha venido desenvolviéndose desde su creación hasta la actualidad, sino también de cómo proyectarse hacia el futuro y poder tomar las debidas decisiones que sean necesarias en un momento oportuno y determinado conforme a los requerimientos q que presente la institución. En este estudio sobre la planificación estratégica se derivó una metodología pertinente a las características de la organización, conservando la lógica general del producto esperado de los procesos de definición estratégica que mejore sustancialmente el compromiso social y colectivo de ofrecer una formación académica de calidad, generando en los estudiantes valores como la responsabilidad, puntualidad , respeto y solidaridad.
