| dc.description | The constant changes of civilizations and of the individual himself within an entrepreneurial ecosystem, has allowed the social and economic development of the human being through the activities he carries out to maintain and care for his quality of life. It is for all this that mechanisms are sought that allow it to evolve and find a place within society where it can carry out its growth activities. The Manta canton is characterized by its performance in terms of production, therefore, it should offer all the services that facilitate these activities, especially infrastructures or spaces for advice and training that are available to the social group to promote and encourage development. business. As a consequence of the events that occurred, such as the 16A earthquake and the COVID-19 pandemic, the productive and business development of the canton has been limited. The present investigation considers the elaboration of an architectural proposal taking into account economic, social and context factors that allow meeting the entrepreneurial needs of its inhabitants. | dc.description | Los cambios constantes de las civilizaciones y del individuo mismo dentro de un ecosistema emprendedor, ha permitido el desarrollo social y económico del ser humano a través de las actividades que realiza para mantener y cuidar su calidad de vida. Es por todo esto que se buscan mecanismos que le permitan evolucionar y encontrar un lugar dentro de la sociedad en donde pueda realizar sus actividades de crecimiento. El cantón Manta se caracteriza por su desempeño en cuanto al ámbito productivo, por lo tanto, debería ofrecer todos los servicios que faciliten estas actividades, especialmente infraestructuras o espacios destinados al asesoramiento y capacitación que estén al alcance del colectivo social para promover y fomentar el desarrollo empresarial. Como consecuencia de los acontecimientos ocurridos, como el terremoto del 16A y la pandemia por la COVID-19, se ha limitado el desarrollo productivo y empresarial del cantón. La presente investigación se plantea la elaboración de una propuesta arquitectónica tomando en cuenta factores económicos, sociales y del contexto que permitan cumplir con las necesidades de emprendimiento de sus habitantes.
