Resumen
En la zona costera del cantón Jaramijó, se encuentra funcionando el Puerto Pesquero Artesanal desde hace más de tres años aportando al desarrollo de la actividad pesquera artesanal, en donde se realizan actividades de descarga y comercialización del producto a orillas del mar, generando impactos negativos al medio por la producción de residuos sólidos. El presente trabajo propone determinar la gestión adecuada de residuos sólidos minimizando el impacto ambiental producido por las áreas productivas del Puerto Pesquero Artesanal de Jaramijó. En el presente estudio se emplean los métodos inductivo, descriptivo y estadístico para la obtención de resultados concretos en los procesos de manejo, almacenamiento, entrega, barrido y limpieza, recolección y transporte, transferencia y caracterización de desechos sólidos comunes y los peligrosos. Para la identificación y evaluación de los posibles impactos ambientales, se utilizó la matriz de importancia propuesta por Dellavedova (2011), Se determinan y clasifican de los residuos generados en la pesca artesanal y se propone un manual para la gestión de residuos sólidos en el Puerto Pesquero Artesanal de Jaramijó, con la finalidad de minimizar el impacto que los residuos sólidos tienen sobre el medioambiente.

In the coastal area of the canton Jaramijó, the Artisanal Fishing Port has been operating for more than three years, contributing to the development of the artisanal fishing activity, where unloading and marketing activities of the product are carried out on the seashore, generating negative impacts on the environment. by the production of solid waste. In this study, inductive, descriptive, and statistical methods are used to obtain concrete results in the processes of handling, storage, delivery, sweeping and cleaning, collection and transport, transfer and characterization of common solid waste and hazardous waste. For the identification and evaluation of possible environmental impacts, the importance matrix proposed by Dellavedova (2011) was used. The waste generated in artisanal fishing is determined and classified and a manual for solid waste management in the Fishing Port is proposed.
