Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación bosqueja la problemática comunicacional de las instituciones educativas posterior al terremoto del 16 de abril de 2016 en la provincia de Manabí, la relación entre educación y sociedad, e instituciones educativas en la comunidad local. Mediante el estudio “COMUNICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE EDUCACIÓN DE MANABÍ: DESARROLLO DEL PARADIGMA DE LA PREVENCIÓN SÍSMICA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA REAPERTURA DE CLASES POSTERIOR AL TERREMOTO DEL 16 DE ABRIL 2016”, se determina la estrategia que se planificó y ejecutó para normalizar la vida escolar en Manabí.

The present research outlines the communicational problems of schools after the earthquake of April 16, 2016 in the province of Manabí, the relationship between education and society, and educational institutions at the local community.
