| dc.description | Enfocado a que la empresa EXPROFRESCO, se desenvuelva en sus actividades de exportación y comercialización de pesca en un impecable ambiente de toma de decisiones de índole financiera a través de una correcta planificación en este ámbito. Las pequeñas y medianas empresas, para abordar nuevos mercados, tratándose de mercados mundiales, deben tener una percepción de las prácticas administrativas y financieras, que de no tomarlas en cuenta denotará el desconcierto de la empresa en cuanto a su situación y posicionamiento actual y futuro, ya que si no se planifica se tiende a desaprovechar situaciones que pueden ser significativas, y que muchas veces repercuten de manera negativa en su desempeño. Los métodos y técnicas utilizados en la realización de este proyecto están el inductivo y deductivo, así como encuestas y entrevistas, que permite el uso de datos para así analizar la información obtenida y dar a conocer la necesidad de que la empresa planifique financieramente. A través de la investigación se pretende lograr que EXPROFRESCO S.A. reconozca la importancia de contar con un curso de acción que deseche la idea de actuar y tomar decisiones sin tener en cuenta las posibles consecuencias de tal decisión, para así desenvolverse de manera óptima ante los cambios o imprevistos que puedan surgir en el giro de su negocio. Small and medium-sized companies, to address new markets, in the case of world markets, must have a perception of administrative and financial practices, which if not taken into account will denote the confusion of the company regarding its current and future situation and position, since if it is not planned, it tends to miss situations that can be significant, and that many times have a negative effect on its performance. The methods and techniques used in carrying out this project are inductive and deductive, as well as surveys and interviews, which allow the use of data in order to analyze the information obtained and make known the need for the company to plan financially. Through the investigation it is intended to ensure that EXPROFRESCO S.A. recognize the importance of having a course of action that discards the idea of acting and making decisions without taking into account the possible consequences of such a decision, in order to cope optimally with the changes or unforeseen events that may arise in the course of your business .
