Housing is the space where we mainly find our privacy and in which we develop an important part of the basic activities of our daily work, the conditions of habitability have varied over the years, from basic services to urban services. The conditions of the housing environment have been changing over the years, currently the habitability index has been affected due to the different inappropriate constructions that have been generated, emphasizing that everyone has the right to adequate housing, safe, comfortable and hygienic, with essential basic services that include a habitat that humanizes family, neighborhood and community relationships. Las condiciones del entorno de las viviendas han ido variando con el pasar de los años, en la actualidad el índice de habitabilidad se ha visto afectado debido a las diferentes construcciones inapropiadas que se han generado, recalcando que toda persona tiene derecho a una vivienda adecuada, segura, cómoda e higiénica, con servicios básicos esenciales que incluyan un hábitat que humanice las relaciones familiares, vecinales y comunitarias.
