Within the sports clubs, processes are carried out that involve the management of information for the analysis of the physical condition of the athlete. The use of technology, such as the use of web or mobile applications, can help to simplify processes and to have a good administration regarding the athlete's information, allowing a subsequent efficient and adequate analysis for this type of institution. The present work focuses on the development of a PWA for the management and analysis of soccer players, elaborated with the Flutter framework and Google Firebase tools, among them are Firebase real time, Authentication, Cloud Storage, Hosting and Analytics. During the process, the need to implement the PWA as a practical case in the Manta F.C. institution was highlighted. that it does not have a system or application for the processes of management and analysis of the physical condition of the soccer player, carrying out such processes manually and inefficiently. El uso de la tecnología, como el uso de aplicaciones web o móviles, pueden ayudar a simplificar procesos y a tener una buena administración en cuanto a la información del deportista, permitiendo realizar un posterior análisis eficiente y adecuado para este tipo de instituciones. El presente trabajo se enfoca en el desarrollo de una PWA para la gestión y análisis de los futbolistas, elaborado con el framework Flutter y las herramientas de Google Firebase, entre ellas están Firebase real time, Autenticación, Cloud Storage, Hosting y Analitics. Durante el proceso, se destacó la necesidad de implantar la PWA como un caso práctico en la institución Manta F.C. que no cuenta con un sistema o aplicativo para los procesos de gestión y análisis de la condición física del futbolista, llevando tales procesos de forma manual e ineficiente.
