WEB APPLICATION WITH GIS TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PLANNING ACTIVITIES IN CITIZEN SECURITY

| dc.description | This paper shows the context of a very common problem among public institutions, which is the inefficient management of information in administrative processes, also analyze the processes and activities related to installation of cameras, alarms and push buttons in the direction of public safety. In addition, detailing the positions and functions that each of the staff in these administrative processes, together describe the handling of information and the interaction of workers with it, finally, identify the problems when performing these processes and activities manually. This project is supported in a technical and theoretical way validating the research process for the optimization of resources, because the digital systematization carried out through a progressive web application (PWA) leads to an efficient and effective management of information, causing a greater availability of information and documentation of activities, in addition to having a follow-up and preservation of information. Therefore, it is important to promote the use of technology in public institutions, specifically those that are in constant contact with the community. | dc.description | En el presente trabajo se muestra el contexto de una problemática muy común entre las instituciones públicas, que es el manejo ineficiente de la información en los procesos administrativos, también se analizarán los procesos y actividades referentes a instalaciones de cámaras, alarmas y pulsadores en la dirección de seguridad ciudadana. Además, detallar los cargos y funciones que cumple cada uno del personal en estos procesos administrativos, conjuntamente se describe el manejo de la información y la interacción de los trabajadores con la misma, por último, identificar la problemática al momento de realizar estos proceso y actividades manualmente. Este proyecto se sustenta de manera técnica y teórica validando el proceso investigativo para la optimización de los recursos, porque la sistematización digital realizada a través de una aplicación web progresiva (PWA) conlleva a un manejo eficiente y eficaz de la información, provocando una mayor disponibilidad de la información y la documentación de las actividades, además de tener un seguimiento y la conservación de la información. Por lo tanto, es importante impulsar el uso de la tecnología en las instituciones públicas específicamente hablando de las que están en constante contacto con la comunidad.
