| dc.description | Este artículo tiene como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta, para dar solución a los problemas que presenta gran parte de la población del cantón Jaramijó con relación a la inconformidad de las personas al momento de solicitar el servicio de transporte de una unidad de Mototaxi. Jaramijó al ser un cantón en vía de desarrollo, muchos de sus sectores no son tan transitados por las unidades de transporte y que en algunas de las ocasiones el usuario cliente no pueda realizar la petición desde el lugar en el que se encuentra, genera malestar dentro de la población. Mediante el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil, se pretende valorar el tiempo tanto para el usuario cliente como para el usuario conductor, de manera que sea más eficiente al solicitar o brindar los servicios de transporte de una unidad de Mototaxi. Así mismo, poder evitar que la demanda de este servicio se origine solamente en los sectores céntricos del cantón. Palabras claves: Mototaxi, Aplicación Móvil, Servicio, Demanda, Jaramijó. ABSTRACT This article aims to develop a proposal to solve the problems that a large part of the population of the Jaramijó canton presents in relation to the disagreement of people when requesting the transport service of a Mototaxi unit. Jaramijó, being a developing canton, many of its sectors are not so heavily traveled by transport units and that in some of the cases the client user cannot make the request from the place where he is, generates discomfort within of the population. Through the development of a mobile application, it is intended to value the time for both the client user and the driver user, so that it is more efficient when requesting or providing the transport services of a Mototaxi unit.
