Resumen
The present investigative work sought to identify the reason why Ecuadorian educational units have not prioritized the change of uniform, from skirt to pants in female populations. Analysis chat sought to link the patriarchal development of the educational society from an internal perspective. Therefore, it was necessary to focus on the exercise of power according to authors such as Michel Foucault. Likewise, the scope of the inheritance of machismo was taken into account in definitions of normality and abnormality; statutes that are thought, put into debate obligations such as the laws of a State. To support the argument, the application of interviews in response to the qualitative methodology contemplated within the inductive method was valuable. Interviews were applied to a specific sample of two educational units in the sector that years ago were characterized by one being a female school and the other a male one. Being able to conclude in the understanding of the hierarchical institutional society influenced by machismo.
