Resumen
La presente investigación da a conocer las desigualdades sociales que hoy en día se evidencian en la sociedad, especialmente las que sufren las personas según su condición de género como, Lesbianas, Gays, Bisexuales, Transexuales, Intersexuales, Queer, etc. (LGBTI+Q). Aún hay poca aceptación a pesar de que se han creado diferentes políticas públicas que amparan los derechos de estas personas, y que en la mayoría de los casos no dan cumplimiento a las mismas, desencadenando de esta manera la exclusión de las personas LGBTI+Q, limitándoles y obstaculizándoles su desarrollo, especialmente en el área laboral, por ende, afectándoles su calidad de vida. Es por ello, que mediante esta investigación se busca identificar los problemas de exclusión laboral que inciden en el desarrollo sostenible de las personas LGBTI+Q. Esta investigación aportará para dar a conocer los derechos que poseen las personas LGBTI+Q sin importar su orientación sexual y la importancia que tienen al ser incluidas en la sociedad y en los ámbitos laborales. Obteniendo como resultados que a pesar de que haya leyes que amparen a todas las personas sin distinción alguna en la actualidad, aún persiste la discriminación a personas LGBTI+Q obstaculizando oportunidades en los ámbitos laborales, demostrando mediante las entrevistas que del total de los empleados solo hay el 1% y hasta el 2% de personas con orientación sexual diferente que han sido contratados.

ABSTRACT:
This research reveals the social inequalities that are evident in society today, especially those suffered by people according to their gender condition such as Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transsexuals, Intersexuals, Queer, etc. (LGBTI + Q). There is still little acceptance despite the fact that different public policies have been created that protect the rights of these people, and that in most cases they do not comply with them, thus triggering the exclusion of LGBTI + Q people, limiting and hindering their development, especially in the workplace, therefore, affecting their quality of life. For this reason, this research seeks to identify the problems of labor exclusion that affect the sustainable development of LGBTI + Q people. This research will contribute to publicize the rights that LGBTI + Q people have regardless of their sexual orientation and the importance of being included in society and in the workplace. Obtaining as results that despite the fact that there are laws that protect all people without any distinction nowadays, discrimination against LGBTI + Q people still persists, hindering opportunities in the work environment, demonstrating through interviews that of the total of employees only there are 1% and up to 2% of people with different sexual orientation who have been hired.
