El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue de identificar la política social inclusiva para personas con discapacidad en condiciones para laborar y generar familias sostenibles, ubicadas en la ciudad de Manta en el año 2020, utilizando como técnicas de investigación la encuesta, aplicada a 182 personas con discapacidades,  tomadas como muestra de una población de 1700 personas con discapacidades de la ciudad de Manta y la entrevista aplicada a 5 funcionarios públicos del Ministerio de Trabajo. Estas técnicas permitieron conocer las profesiones que habían obtenido y los oficios en los que eran diestros, lo que dio como resultado que un bajo índice de personas con discapacidad tenía un título universitario, además se conoció que la mayoría de encuestados consideraban que el tener un empleo les generaba estabilidad económica a ellos y sus familias. Y a través de la entrevista se pudo conocer que tanto el organismo competente como las instituciones públicas y privadas, están cumpliendo con la ley de inclusión para personas con discapacidades.
