Resumen
Since time immemorial, as the knowledge regarding the different types of systems were taking a greater development, it was established that organizational behavior is a field of study in which the impact that individuals, groups and structures have on behavior is investigated. within organizations, in order to apply this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of such organizations. This is one of many scientific disciplines, the knowledge base of which is constantly being added to by a vast amount of conceptual research and development. In these changing times where values are rapidly evolving and resources are becoming scarce, there is an ever-increasing need to understand what influences people's performance at work.

Desde tiempos inmemorables, a medida que los conocimientos respecto a los diferentes tipos de sistemas iban tomando un mayor desarrollo, se estableció que el comportamiento organizacional es un campo de estudio en el que se investiga el impacto que individuos, grupos y estructuras tienen en la conducta dentro de las organizaciones, con la finalidad de aplicar estos conocimientos a la mejora de la eficacia de tales organizaciones. Esta es una de las muchas disciplinas científicas, cuya base de conocimientos se agrega constantemente a una gran cantidad de investigaciones y desarrollos conceptuales. En estos tiempos cambiantes en que los valores evolucionan rápidamente y los recursos se vuelven escasos, cada vez es más necesario comprender aquello que influye sobre el rendimiento de las personas en el trabajo.
